Q How do you price projects and keep us on budget?

We provide a transparent, line-item proposal with allowances for finish choices. Any change is documented with a written change order showing cost and schedule impact—nothing proceeds without your approval.

Q What timelines should we expect for typical projects?

Once construction starts: guest baths ~4–8 weeks, primary baths ~6–10 weeks, kitchens ~8–14+ weeks, additions/whole-home work can run several months. Permitting and lead times can add weeks depending on scope.

Q Can I supply some materials or fixtures myself?

Yes—owner-supplied items are fine. We’ll verify specs and lead times so they fit the schedule. Note: our warranty covers our labor and contractor-supplied items; owner-supplied materials are covered by their manufacturer warranty.

Q What are the payment terms and do you offer financing options?

Payments are milestone-based (e.g., design, permit, rough-in, finishes, final). We can introduce third-party financing partners on request, or you can use your bank/HELOC. We’ll tailor a draw schedule to your scope.

Q What happens if you find surprises behind the walls, and what warranty do you provide?

We document unforeseen conditions with photos and a clear change order for your review before proceeding. You’ll receive a written workmanship warranty, plus pass-through manufacturer warranties. We’re available after completion for tune-ups
